Fujitec is one of the biggest companies to provide residential and commercial lifts for buildings. They also have the complete servicing infrastructure for the lifts they install. Where they employ engineers and field staff to service, maintain, and manage the lifts they provide alongside the sales staff. For all of these people in the field, they have a lot of claims settlements which they used to manage through many spreadsheets and complex paperwork. All of these processes were very slow and inefficient for a large company like Fujutec. DesignersX suggested a mobile-based claims management system that allowed their staff to add claims on the go and also calculate claims using LBS services.
