Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Design and implement cohesive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and target audience behaviors to optimize marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Allocate and monitor digital marketing budgets effectively.
Campaign Management
- SEO & SEM: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Content Marketing: Oversee content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging across blogs, emails, social media, and other platforms.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage social media presence, create engaging posts, and monitor performance on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Analytics and Optimization
- Performance Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar to measure campaign effectiveness and derive insights for continuous improvement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct tests to optimize campaign performance.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to stakeholders.
Team and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage Agencies and Vendors: Oversee third-party agencies for campaign execution and creative development.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior digital marketers in the team.
Technology and Innovation
- Adopt New Tools: Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Automation: Implement marketing automation tools for efficient campaign execution and lead nurturing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with 3–5+ years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
